SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION
with Kundalini Yoga and Gong Meditation
SUNDAY, JUNE 21ST @FOZ DO LIZANDRO,

8 pm (midsummer’s end )
Midsummer is the time when the sun reaches the peak of its power, the earth is green and holds the promise of a bountiful harvest. It is acknowledged, honoured and celebrated in numerous traditions, cultures and religions.
Through Kundalini Yoga Kriya and Meditation and the power of the Gong we want to align ourselves to the sun's energy and generate Surya energy so that its power can remain potent inside and outside of us for the rest of the year.

A través de Kundalini Yoga y Meditación y el poder del Gong queremos alinearnos a la energía del sol, generando energia surya para que su poder permanezca potente dentro y fuera de nosotros.
